The Summit Shasta Black Bears (Daly City, CA) basketball nipped the host Los Altos Eagles (Los Altos, CA), 56-51 in Saturday's non-league outing.
Next, the Black Bears clash with the North Valley Baptist Bulldogs (Santa Clara, CA) in a non-league outing, on Monday, February 10. Summit Shasta will attempt to upgrade on its 19-3 season record. The Bulldogs enter the outing with a 13-1 record after their 88-29 league win over El Primero (San Jose, CA).
The Eagles (6-16) will now prepare for their outing against Milpitas (Milpitas, CA). The Trojans enter the Santa Clara Valley - De Anza outing with a 18-3 record. In their last outing, Milpitas got by Palo Alto (Palo Alto, CA), 65-43, in a league outing.
