The Marshals now possess a 24-1 record. They play next when they host Mayfield for a non-league bout on Tuesday, February 11. Marshall County will play a Cardinals team coming off a 64-53 league loss to Graves County (Mayfield, KY). The Cardinals record now stands at 17-7.

With the loss, Mascoutah falls to 14-10 on the campaign. The Indians host Triad (Troy, IL) to play the Knights in a Mississippi Valley bout on Friday, February 14. The Knights go into the bout with a record of 21-6. Triad lost 59-51 in their recent league bout against Highland (Highland, IL)
