The St. Peter's Prep Marauders (Jersey City, NJ) basketball edged the host Plainfield Cardinals (Plainfield, NJ), 50-44 in Saturday's non-league bout.
The Marauders now possess a 18-3 record. They play next when they host Morris Catholic for a non-league bout on Monday, February 10. St. Peter's Prep will play a Crusaders team coming off a 88-37 non-league win over Kinnelon (Kinnelon, NJ). The Crusaders record now stands at 12-6.
With the loss, Plainfield falls to 18-2 on the campaign.
