The Pottsville Crimson Tide (Pottsville, PA) basketball were winner over the visiting Tri-Valley Bulldogs (Hegins, PA), 63-55 in Saturday's non-league bout.

The Crimson Tide now possess a 17-6 record. They play next when they host Mahanoy Area for a non-league bout on Wednesday, February 12. Pottsville will play a Golden Bears team coming off a 57-41 league win over Blue Mountain (Schuylkill Haven, PA). The Golden Bears record now stands at 20-2.

With the loss, Tri-Valley falls to 15-7 on the campaign. The Bulldogs host Nativity BVM (Pottsville, PA) to play the Green Wave in a Schuylkill County 2 bout on Monday, February 17. The Green Wave go into the bout with a record of 14-8.
