The St. Paul Catholic Falcons basketball team scored 59 points and limited the host Seymour Wildcats to 51 in the Falcons non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Falcons now have a 1-1 record. They play next when they host Ansonia for a non-league game on Tuesday, February 11. St. Paul Catholic will confront a Chargers team coming off a 47-16 non-league win over Woodland Regional (Beacon Falls, CT). The Chargers record now stands at 9-2.
With the loss, Seymour falls to 6-7 on the campaign. The Wildcats travel to Wolcott (Wolcott, CT) to confront the Eagles in a non-league game on Monday, February 17. The Eagles go into the game with a record of 1-3.
