In Saturday's non-league contest, the visiting Linn Bulldogs basketball team scored a good 40-27 triumph over the Canton-Galva Eagles.
The Bulldogs (12-5) will now prepare for their contest against Centralia (Centralia, KS). The Panthers go into the Twin Valley contest with a 12-0 record.
In their next game, the Eagles battle the Little River Redskins (Little River, KS) in a Wheat State contest, on Tuesday, February 11. Canton-Galva will attempt to better on its 7-8 season record. The Redskins go into the contest with a 15-0 record after their 69-8 league win over Centre (Lost Springs, KS).
