The DuQuoin Indians basketball squad (DuQuoin, IL), was outscored 51-42 in Saturday's non-league battle with the host Chester Yellowjackets (Chester, IL)
With the victory, Chester advances its record to 11-16 on the year. The Yellowjackets travel to Trico (Campbell Hill, IL) to meet the Pioneers in a non-league battle on Tuesday, February 11. The Pioneers enter the battle with a record of 14-9.
The Indians now own a 14-14 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Nashville for a Southern Illinois River-to-River - Mississippi battle on Monday, February 10. DuQuoin will meet a Hornets squad coming off a 59-40 non-league win over O'Fallon (O'Fallon, IL). The Hornets record now stands at 25-3.
