Kentucky High School Basketball - Conner holds off Scott

In Saturday's non-league contest, the host Conner Cougars basketball team scored a close 51-45 triumph over the Scott Eagles.
The Cougars (7-15) will now prepare for their contest against Simon Kenton (Independence, KY). The Pioneers go into the non-league contest with a 17-4 record. In their last contest, Simon Kenton nipped Boone County (Florence, KY), 62-2, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Eagles confront the McCreary Central Raiders (Stearns, KY) in a non-league contest, on Monday, February 10. Scott will attempt to better on its 12-9 season record. The Raiders go into the contest with a 8-11 record after their 47-32 non-league win over Somerset (Somerset, KY).
