Iowa High School Basketball - St. Albert nips Treynor

In Saturday's non-league contest, the host St. Albert Falcons basketball team scored a close 48-46 win over the Treynor Cardinals.
The Falcons (19-1) will now prepare for their contest against Nodaway Valley (Greenfield, IA). The Wolverines come into the non-league contest with a 8-15 record. In their last contest, Nodaway Valley was tipped by Central Decatur (Leon, IA), 65-64, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Cardinals battle the AHSTW Vikings (Avoca, IA) in a Western Iowa contest, on Monday, February 10. Treynor will attempt to better on its 15-3 season record. The Vikings come into the contest with a 7-12 record after their 67-46 league loss to IKM/Manning (Manning, IA).
