In Saturday's non-league contest, the host Mott Corsairs ice hockey team scored a close 6-1 triumph over the Midland Chemics.
The Corsairs (19-1) will now prepare for their contest against Fenton (Fenton, MI). The Tigers come into the non-league contest with a 4-15 record. In their last contest, Fenton was routed by Midland (Midland, MI), 10-2, in a non-league contest.
