Virginia High School Basketball - Great Bridge ripped by Booker T. Washington

The Booker T. Washington Mighty Bookers basketball team scored 72 points and held the visiting Great Bridge Wildcats to 51 in the Mighty Bookers non-league triumph on Thursday.
The Mighty Bookers now sport a 12-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Manor for a Eastern contest on Friday, February 10. Booker T. Washington will battle a Mustangs team coming off a 41-39 league win over Norcom (Portsmouth, VA). The Mustangs record now stands at 10-11.
The Wildcats (11-9) will now prepare for their contest against Hickory (Chesapeake, VA). The Hawks enter the Southeastern contest with a 0-20 record. In their last contest, Hickory was routed by Cox (Virginia Beach, VA), 67-25, in a non-league contest.
