Wisconsin High School Basketball - Elcho ripped by Merrill

The Merrill Bluejays basketball team scored 83 points and held the visiting Elcho Hornets to 38 in the Bluejays non-league triumph on Thursday.
The Bluejays now sport a 8-11 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Stevens Point for a Wisconsin Valley contest on Thursday, February 9. Merrill will battle a Panthers team coming off a 55-41 non-league loss to Kimberly (Kimberly, WI). The Panthers record now stands at 8-10.
The Hornets (7-7) will now prepare for their contest against Crandon (Crandon, WI). The Cardinals enter the Northern Lakes contest with a 4-12 record. In their last contest, Crandon was routed by Rib Lake (Rib Lake, WI), 76-68, in a non-league contest.
