Hope Academy (Minneapolis, MN) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Math & Science Academy Dragons (Woodbury, MN), 71-65 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Hope Academy upgrades its record to 4-16 on the season. The travel to Fond du Lac Ojibwe Ogichida (Cloquet, MN) to play the Ogichida in a non-league bout on Saturday, February 11. The Ogichida go into the bout with a record of 6-8. Fond du Lac Ojibwe Ogichida lost 73-60 in their recent non-league bout against Mountain Iron-Buhl (Mountain Iron, MN)

Next up, the Dragons play the Kaleidoscope/Holy Spirit Academy (Albertville, MN) in a non-league bout, on Friday, February 10. Math & Science Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 4-11 season record. The go into the bout with a 4-5 record after their 60-58 non-league win over Community of Peace Academy (St. Paul, MN).
