Philip Scotties (Philip, SD) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Lyman Raiders (Presho, SD), 76-53 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Philip upgrades its record to 14-3 on the season. The Scotties travel to Viborg/Hurley (Viborg, SD) to clash with the Cougars in a non-league bout on Saturday, February 11. The Cougars go into the bout with a record of 13-2. Viborg/Hurley won 69-28 in their recent non-league bout against Parker (Parker, SD)
Next up, the Raiders clash with the Pine Ridge Thorpes (Pine Ridge, SD) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, February 11. Lyman will attempt to upgrade on its 10-5 season record. The Thorpes go into the bout with a 11-3 record after their 55-48 league win over Lakota Tech (Pine Ridge, SD).
