South Dakota High School Basketball - West Central ripped by Sioux Valley

The Sioux Valley Cossacks basketball team scored 68 points and held the visiting West Central Trojans to 30 in the Cossacks non-league triumph on Thursday.

The Cossacks now sport a 15-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Parker for a non-league contest on Saturday, February 11. Sioux Valley will meet a Pheasants team coming off a 69-28 non-league loss to Viborg/Hurley (Viborg, SD). The Pheasants record now stands at 3-14.

The Trojans (6-9) will now prepare for their contest against Madison (Madison, SD). The Bulldogs enter the A Region 3 contest with a 10-6 record. In their last contest, Madison triumphed over McCook Central/Montrose (Salem, SD), 62-40, in a league contest.
