Granite Prospectors (Philipsburg, MT) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Arlee (Arlee, MT), 67-27 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Granite upgrades its record to 8-5 on the season. The Prospectors travel to Superior (Superior, MT) to clash with the Bobcats in a non-league bout on Saturday, February 11. The Bobcats go into the bout with a record of 12-1. Superior won 67-16 in their recent non-league bout against Two Eagle River (Pablo, MT)

Next up, the clash with the Powell County Wardens (Deer Lodge, MT) in a non-league bout, on Monday, February 13. Arlee will attempt to upgrade on its 0-10 season record.
