Virginia High School Basketball - Eastern Mennonite overwhelmed by New Covenant

The Eastern Mennonite Flames basketball team (Harrisonburg, VA), was overwhelmed 52-27 in Thursday's league battle with the visiting New Covenant Gryphons (Lynchburg, VA)
The Gryphons now possess a 12-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Miller School of Albemarle for a battle on Tuesday, February 14.
The Flames (1-12) will now prepare for their battle against Hargrave Military Academy (Chatham, VA). The Tigers come into the battle with a 8-4 record. In their last battle, Hargrave Military Academy trounced North Cross (Roanoke, VA), 35-26, in a league battle.
