The crowd at Thursday's non-league test between the Golden Valley Grizzlies (Santa Clarita, CA) and the host Leuzinger Olympians (Lawndale, CA), saw Golden Valley's soccer squad get by Leuzinger by a margin of 2-1.
The Grizzlies now sport a 12-6 record. They play next when they host Palm Desert for a non-league test on Saturday, February 11. Golden Valley will meet a Aztecs squad coming off a 3-2 non-league win over Colton (Colton, CA). The Aztecs record now stands at 13-4.
With the loss, Leuzinger drops to 15-6 on the season.
