Ohio High School Basketball - Academy for Urban Scholars ripped by Hubbard

The Hubbard Eagles basketball team scored 78 points and held the visiting Academy for Urban Scholars Hawks to 48 in the Eagles non-league triumph on Friday.

The Eagles now sport a 10-10 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Mathews for a non-league contest on Tuesday, February 13. Hubbard will battle a Mustangs team coming off a 84-53 league win over Maplewood (Cortland, OH). The Mustangs record now stands at 10-8.

The Hawks (2-16) will now prepare for their contest against Brookfield (Brookfield, OH). The Warriors enter the non-league contest with a 6-13 record. In their last contest, Brookfield was routed by Garfield (Garrettsville, OH), 57-55, in a league contest.
