In Friday's non-league outing, the Shea Raiders (Pawtucket, RI) basketball squad beat the host Achievement First Providence Falcons (Providence, RI), by a margin of 41-30.
The Raiders (14-5) will now prepare for their outing against Toll Gate (Warwick, RI). The Titans go into the Division 2 outing with a 3-17 record. In their last outing, Toll Gate defeated Mt. Hope (Bristol, RI), 69-55, in a league outing.
The Falcons now own a 0-13 record. They play next when they travel to Ponaganset for a Division 3 outing on Friday, February 9. Achievement First Providence will clash with a Chieftains squad coming off a 65-28 league win over Scituate (North Scituate, RI). The Chieftains record now stands at 9-9.
