Coosa Eagles (Rome, GA) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Armuchee Indians (Rome, GA), 62-61 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Coosa upgrades its record to 10-17 on the season. The Eagles travel to Trion (Trion, GA) to clash with the Bulldogs in a non-league bout on Saturday, February 10. The Bulldogs go into the bout with a record of 21-4. Trion won 60-45 in their recent league bout against Chattooga (Summerville, GA)
