Kansas High School Basketball - Bluestem can't hold off Eureka

The Eureka Tornadoes basketball team scored 50 points and held the host Bluestem Lions to 47 in the Tornadoes non-league triumph on Friday.
The Tornadoes now sport a 3-15 record. They put it on the line next when they host Erie for a non-league contest on Tuesday, February 13. Eureka will battle a Red Devils team coming off a 66-55 non-league loss to Sedan (Sedan, KS). The Red Devils record now stands at 12-4.
The Lions (2-16) will now prepare for their contest against Humboldt (Humboldt, KS). The Cubs enter the non-league contest with a 16-2 record. In their last contest, Humboldt nudged Cherryvale (Cherryvale, KS), 78-17, in a non-league contest.
