Keene Central Beavers (Keene Valley, NY) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Chazy Eagles (Chazy, NY), 78-52 in a league bout.

With the win, Keene Central upgrades its record to 12-5 on the season. The Beavers travel to Schroon Lake (Schroon Lake, NY) to play the Wildcats in a non-league bout on Monday, February 12. The Wildcats go into the bout with a record of 10-7. Schroon Lake won 55-53 in their recent non-league bout against North Warren Central (Chestertown, NY)

Next up, the Eagles play the Bolton Central Eagles (Bolton Landing, NY) in a Section 7 Mountain Valley bout, on Monday, February 12. Chazy will attempt to upgrade on its 7-7 season record. The Eagles go into the bout with a 12-5 record after their 68-23 league win over Seton Catholic Central (Plattsburgh, NY).
