Maryland High School Basketball - Poly can't hold off City College

The City College Black Knights basketball team scored 54 points and restricted the host Poly Engineers to 48 in the Black Knights league victory on Friday.
The Black Knights now sport a 11-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host Dunbar for a Baltimore City contest on Monday, February 12. City College will battle a Poets team coming off a 66-42 league win over Forest Park (Baltimore, MD). The Poets record now stands at 8-4.
The Engineers (10-7) will now prepare for their contest against Pikesville (Baltimore, MD). The Panthers come into the non-league contest with a 3-20 record. In their last contest, Pikesville was nudged by Hereford (Parkton, MD), 58-45, in a non-league contest.
