Minnesota High School Basketball - Duluth East knocked off by Coon Rapids

The Coon Rapids Cardinals basketball team scored 83 points and held the visiting Duluth East Greyhounds to 65 in the Cardinals league triumph on Friday.
The Cardinals now sport a 10-10 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Blaine for a AAAA Section 7 contest on Wednesday, February 14. Coon Rapids will meet a Bengals team coming off a 88-67 league win over Andover (Andover, MN). The Bengals record now stands at 6-16.
The Greyhounds (5-13) will now prepare for their contest against Centennial (Circle Pines, MN). The Cougars enter the AAAA Section 7 contest with a 6-15 record. In their last contest, Centennial was outscored by Totino-Grace (Fridley, MN), 87-52, in a non-league contest.
