Illinois High School Basketball - Loyola Academy can't hold off De La Salle

The De La Salle Meteors basketball team scored 41 points and restricted the visiting Loyola Academy Ramblers to 39 in the Meteors league victory on Friday.
The Meteors now sport a 18-10 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Madison Prep Academy for a non-league contest on Saturday, February 10. De La Salle will battle a team coming off a 70-63 non-league win over Capitol (Baton Rouge, LA). The record now stands at 24-3.
The Ramblers (24-6) will now prepare for their contest against Lake View (Chicago, IL). The Wildcats come into the non-league contest with a 18-6 record. In their last contest, Lake View edged Ida Crown Jewish Academy (Chicago, IL), 64-47, in a non-league contest.
