In Friday's league outing, the Pierz Pioneers (Pierz, MN) basketball squad beat the host Hinckley-Finlayson Jaguars (Hinckley, MN), by a margin of 58-46.

The Pioneers (7-13) will now prepare for their outing against Milaca (Milaca, MN). The Wolves go into the AA Section 6 outing with a 3-16 record. In their last outing, Milaca was topped by Foley (Foley, MN), 66-52, in a league outing.
