The Ritenour Huskies basketball team (Overland, MO), was overwhelmed 63-42 in Friday's non-league battle with the host Kirkwood Pioneers (Kirkwood, MO)
The Pioneers now possess a 10-9 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to St. Dominic for a non-league battle on Monday, February 12. Kirkwood will confront a Crusaders team coming off a 77-24 league win over Duchesne (St. Charles, MO). The Crusaders record now stands at 14-7.
The Huskies (4-13) will now prepare for their battle against McCluer (Florissant, MO). The Comets come into the non-league battle with a 3-16 record. In their last battle, McCluer trounced Jennings (Jennings, MO), 62-57, in a league battle.
