Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the Palmyra Panthers (Palmyra, NJ) and the visiting LEAP Academy Lancers (Camden, NJ), saw Palmyra's basketball squad hold off LEAP Academy by a tally of 51-47.

With the victory, Palmyra improves its record to 12-8 on the campaign. The Panthers travel to Haddon Heights (Haddon Heights, NJ) to confront the Garnets in a non-league challenge on Thursday, February 15. The Garnets come into the challenge with a record of 13-10.

Next up, the Lancers confront the Nottingham Northstars (Hamilton, NJ) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, February 10. LEAP Academy will attempt to improve on its 12-9 season record. The Northstars come into the challenge with a 16-5 record after their 39-35 league win over Hopewell Valley Central (Pennington, NJ).
