The Pontiac Indians basketball team scored 64 points and restricted the host Rantoul Eagles to 50 in the Indians league victory on Friday.
The Indians now sport a 18-10 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to St. Thomas More for a Illini Prairie contest on Tuesday, February 13. Pontiac will battle a Sabers team coming off a 50-42 league loss to Monticello (Monticello, IL). The Sabers record now stands at 19-9.
The Eagles (5-18) will now prepare for their contest against Bloomington (Bloomington, IL). The Purple Raiders come into the non-league contest with a 0-24 record. In their last contest, Bloomington dropped by Lanphier (Springfield, IL), 68-31, in a non-league contest.
