Mohall/Lansford/Sherwood Mavericks (Renville, ND) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the visiting Harvey/Fessenden-Bowdon Hornets (Harvey, ND), 49-30 in a league bout.

With the victory, Mohall/Lansford/Sherwood upgrades its record to 10-11 on the campaign. The Mavericks travel to Bishop Ryan (Minot, ND) to play the Lions in a B District 8 bout on Saturday, February 10. The Lions come into the bout with a record of 9-13. Bishop Ryan lost 44-39 in their recent league bout against Towner-Granville-Upham (Towner, ND)
