New Jersey High School Basketball - Point Pleasant Boro overwhelmed by Middle Township

The Middle Township Panthers basketball team scored 67 points and restricted the host Point Pleasant Boro Panthers to 46 in the Panthers non-league victory on Friday.

The Panthers now sport a 18-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Egg Harbor Township for a non-league contest on Saturday, February 10. Middle Township will battle a Eagles team coming off a 46-9 non-league win over Bridgeton (Bridgeton, NJ). The Eagles record now stands at 19-3.

The Panthers (11-10) will now prepare for their contest against Toms River South (Toms River, NJ). The Indians come into the non-league contest with a 6-13 record. In their last contest, Toms River South was routed by Toms River East (Toms River, NJ), 38-34, in a league contest.
