The Trinity Celtics basketball team (Hutchinson, KS), was overwhelmed 63-27 in Friday's non-league battle with the host Moundridge Wildcats (Moundridge, KS)
The Wildcats now possess a 13-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Sedgwick for a Heart of America battle on Tuesday, February 13. Moundridge will confront a Cardinals team coming off a 61-19 non-league loss to Inman (Inman, KS). The Cardinals record now stands at 2-12.
The Celtics (4-14) will now prepare for their battle against Marion (Marion, KS). The Warriors come into the Heart of America battle with a 6-11 record. In their last battle, Marion was overwhelmed by Inman (Inman, KS), 53-30, in a non-league battle.
