West Branch Warriors (Morrisdale, PA) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Philipsburg-Osceola Mountaineers (Philipsburg, PA), 37-30 in a non-league bout.

With the win, West Branch upgrades its record to 13-8 on the season.

Next up, the Mountaineers play the Hollidaysburg Golden Tigers (Hollidaysburg, PA) in a Laurel Highlands bout, on Monday, February 12. Philipsburg-Osceola will attempt to upgrade on its 1-19 season record.
