In Friday's non-league match, the visiting Spiro Bulldogs basketball team scored a good 57-40 triumph over the Wister Wildcats.
In their next game, the Bulldogs meet the Checotah Wildcats (Checotah, OK) in a NOAA game, on Monday, February 12. Spiro will attempt to move on its 18-5 season record. The Wildcats enter the game with a 3-16 record after their 48-45 league loss to Muldrow (Muldrow, OK).
With the defeat, Wister moves to 10-15 on the year.
