The crowd at Friday's non-league test between the Esperanza Aztecs (Anaheim, CA) and the host Nogales Nobles (La Puente, CA), saw Esperanza's soccer squad get by Nogales by a count of 2-1.
The Aztecs now hold a 16-5 record. They play next when they host Rancho Mirage for a non-league test on Tuesday, February 13. Esperanza will meet a Rattlers squad coming off a 2-0 non-league win over University Prep (Victorville, CA). The Rattlers record now stands at 12-4.
With the loss, Nogales drops to 11-7 on the season.
