The Sandia Matadors the host Cibola Cougars baseball team by a count of 7-3 in Tuesday's non-league bout.

The Matadors now possess a 3-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Valley for a non-league bout on Thursday, March 3. Sandia will face a Vikings team coming off a 2-1 non-league loss to Rio Grande (Albuquerque, NM). The Vikings record now stands at 1-1.

Next, the Cougars face the Gallup Bengals (Gallup, NM) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, March 8. Cibola will attempt to move on its 0-1 season record.
