With the win, Poly upgrades its record to 1-1 on the year. The Parrots travel to Birmingham (Lake Balboa, CA) to play the Patriots in a non-league bout on Wednesday, March 2. The Patriots go into the bout with a record of 1-0. Birmingham won 3-0 in their recent non-league bout against Northridge Academy (Northridge, CA)

The Bulldogs now own a 0-1 record. They play next when they travel to Bell for a Eastern bout on Thursday, March 10. Garfield will play a Eagles squad coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Carson (Carson, CA). The Eagles record now stands at 0-1.
