The crowd at Tuesday's non-league bout between the North Saxons (Torrance, CA) and the visiting Whitney Wildcats (Cerritos, CA), saw North's volleyball squad nip Whitney by a tally of 3-2.

With the win, North upgrades its record to 4-8 on the year. The Saxons host Vistamar (El Segundo, CA) to play the Vikings in a non-league bout on Wednesday, March 2. The Vikings go into the bout with a record of 0-1. Vistamar lost 3-0 in their recent non-league bout against Brentwood School (Los Angeles, CA)

The Wildcats now own a 0-2 record. They play next when they travel to Pioneer for a Del Rio bout on Tuesday, March 15.
