Windermere Wolverines (Windermere, FL) boosters exited the stadium content Tuesday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad nip the visiting The First Academy Royals (Orlando, FL), 7-6 in a non-league battle.
The Wolverines now own a 4-3 record. They take the field next when they host West Orange for a 2A D6 battle on Friday, March 4. Windermere will clash with a Warriors squad coming off a 17-2 league win over Horizon (Winter Garden, FL). The Warriors record now stands at 5-1.
In their next game, the Royals clash with the Trinity Prep Saints (Winter Park, FL) in a non-league battle, on Thursday, March 3. The First Academy will attempt to advance on its 2-4 season record. The Saints come into the battle with a 1-3 record after their 6-5 non-league loss to Winter Park (Winter Park, FL).
