The Gulf Coast Sharks lacrosse team scored 11 points and limited the visiting Bishop Verot Vikings to 7 in the Sharks non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Sharks (4-0) will now prepare for their game against Riverview Sarasota (Sarasota, FL). The Rams enter the 2A D12 game with a 3-2 record. In their last game, Riverview Sarasota was overwhelmed by Mitchell (New Port Richey, FL), 17-14, in a non-league game.
The Vikings (6-1) will now prepare for their game against Fort Myers (Fort Myers, FL). The Green Wave enter the non-league game with a 2-1 record. In their last game, Fort Myers edged Cypress Lake (Fort Myers, FL), 19-2, in a non-league game.
