In Tuesday's non-league battle, the host Chesnee Eagles soccer squad scored a close 4-2 triumph over the Spartanburg Christian Academy Warriors.
The Eagles (1-0) will now prepare for their battle against Woodruff (Woodruff, SC). The Wolverines come into the non-league battle with a 0-2 record. In their last battle, Woodruff by Blue Ridge (Greer, SC), 2-1, in a non-league battle.
The Warriors (0-1) will now prepare for their battle against Oakbrook Prep (Spartanburg, SC). The Knights come into the SCISA AA Region III battle with a 0-1 record.
