Governor's School for Science & Math Eagles (Hartsville, SC) fans were thrilled Tuesday as they observed their soccer team knock off the visiting Lake City Panthers (Lake City, SC), 4-1 in a non-league test.
The Eagles now sport a 1-0 record. They play next when they travel to Lewisville for a A Region 2 test on Tuesday, March 8.
With the loss, Lake City drops to 0-2 on the season. The Panthers host Wilson (Florence, SC) to meet the Tigers in a non-league test on Monday, March 7. The Tigers come into the test with a record of 3-0.
