Suncoast Chargers (Riviera Beach, FL) backers exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they saw their softball squad run past the host Atlantic Eagles (Delray Beach, FL), 17-1 in a non-league challenge.

The Chargers now own a 1-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Park Vista for a non-league challenge on Wednesday, March 2. Suncoast will battle a Cobras squad coming off a 11-2 non-league win over St. Thomas Aquinas (Fort Lauderdale, FL). The Cobras record now stands at 2-0.

With the loss, Atlantic falls to 2-1 on the campaign. The Eagles host Leonard (Greenacres, FL) to battle the Lancers in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, March 8. The Lancers enter the challenge with a record of 2-3. Leonard lost 16-0 in their recent non-league challenge against Suncoast (Riviera Beach, FL)
