The Woodlake Tigers softball team scored 5 runs and limited the host Laton Mustangs to 4 in the Tigers non-league triumph on Tuesday.
With the triumph, Woodlake improves its record to 5-1 on the year. The Tigers travel to Golden West (Visalia, CA) to clash with the Trailblazers in a non-league game on Friday, March 4. The Trailblazers come into the game with a record of 3-1. Golden West won 3-2 in their recent non-league game against Central Valley Christian (Visalia, CA)
In their next game, the Mustangs clash with the Farmersville Aztecs (Farmersville, CA) in a non-league game, on Thursday, March 3. Laton will attempt to improve on its 0-1 season record. The Aztecs come into the game with a 1-3 record after their 7-3 non-league win over Lindsay (Lindsay, CA).
