The Providence Pioneers (Burbank, CA) softball routed the visiting Trinity Classical Academy Knights (Valencia, CA), 23-2 in Tuesday's non-league bout.
The Pioneers (2-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Chaminade (West Hills, CA). The Eagles enter the non-league challenge with a 2-4 record. In their last challenge, Chaminade was routed by Agoura (Agoura, CA), 10-4, in a non-league challenge.
With the loss, Trinity Classical Academy falls to 0-1 on the campaign. The Knights host Holy Family (Glendale, CA) to battle the Gaels in a non-league challenge on Thursday, March 3. The Gaels enter the challenge with a record of 0-1. Holy Family lost 1-0 in their recent non-league challenge against Rosemead (Rosemead, CA)
