North Carolina High School Baseball - Alleghany loses to North Surry

The North Surry Greyhounds crushed the visiting Alleghany Trojans baseball team by a count of 15-4 in Wednesday's non-league bout.

The Greyhounds now possess a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Salisbury for a non-league bout on Tuesday, March 7. North Surry will face a Hornets team coming off a 10-8 non-league loss to North Rowan (Spencer, NC). The Hornets record now stands at 0-1.

Next, the Trojans face the Bishop McGuinness Villains (Kernersville, NC) in a non-league bout, on Friday, March 3. Alleghany will attempt to move on its 0-2 season record. The Villains enter the bout with a 1-0 record after their 5-0 non-league win over South Davidson (Denton, NC).
