Georgia High School Basketball - Calhoun County can't hold off Greenforest

The Greenforest Eagles basketball team scored 67 points and held the host Calhoun County Cougars to 60 in the Eagles non-league triumph on Wednesday.
The Eagles now sport a 21-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Calhoun County for a non-league contest on Wednesday, March 1. Greenforest will battle a Cougars team coming off a 66-37 non-league win over McIntosh County Academy (Darien, GA). The Cougars record now stands at 25-4.
The Cougars (25-6) will now prepare for their bout against Greenforest (Decatur, GA). The Eagles go into the non-league bout with a 19-7 record. In their last bout, Greenforest held off Manchester (Manchester, GA), 60-56, in a non-league bout.
