The Mountain Pointe Pride baseball team scored 13 runs and limited the visiting Paradise Valley Trojans to 7 in the Pride non-league victory on Wednesday.

The Pride (1-0) will now prepare for their match against Apollo (Glendale, AZ). The Hawks go into the non-league match with a 0-1 record. In their last match, Apollo was overwhelmed by Verrado (Buckeye, AZ), 11-1, in a non-league match.

The Trojans (0-1) will now prepare for their match against Shadow Mountain (Phoenix, AZ). The Matadors go into the match with a 0-0 record.
