The Marian Mustangs basketball team scored 30 points and held the visiting Groves Falcons to 29 in the Mustangs non-league triumph on Wednesday.

The Mustangs now sport a 9-13 record. They put it on the line next when they host Seaholm for a non-league contest on Friday, March 3. Marian will battle a Maples team coming off a 62-34 non-league win over Troy (Troy, MI). The Maples record now stands at 7-15.
